My name is Claudia, and I’m a life coach. As a life coach and someone who is passionate about quality, soulful and loving relationships, it is a major part of my mission to assist people in repairing, cultivating, maintaining, enhancing and perfecting their relationships.

The core belief that drives me in what I do is that when an individual truly connects with whatever it is that makes them feel alive, pure magic happens; fireworks explode in the night sky, and flowers bloom across desert plains. Something like that – you get the idea!

For me, personally, what drives the fire in my soul is being in the company of fantastic women; sharing, inspiring and supporting each other. It is this passion of mine that is at the core of my courses and coaching programs. Another passion of mine is relationships – maintaining, cultivating and allowing them to bloom and flourish. Few things make me happier than seeing a loving, caring relationship built on a rock-solid foundation that I know will stand the test of time.

My aspiration is inspiration; I aim to inspire people to be all they can be, both in an individual, personal capacity, and in their relationships. Nothing pleases me more than seeing a person reach the heights of their true potential – live the truth of what they really are! Through my life coach program, you can:

  • Get more clarity on your strengths
  • Get more focus on what you really want
  • Identify old patterns
  • Get rid of resistance
  • Experience more ease in your life
  • Get rid of the busyness syndrome
  • Make your goals sustainable

My struggles and life experiences have empowered me, given me a driving sense of purpose and guided me on the path toward becoming who I really wanted to be and to live more authentically.

So Who is Claudia?

I have always found “about” pages odd because you can never really say who you are in 3 paragraphs without risking being, well, someone else.

Like most people, I’ve had my share of struggles in life, and many times I’ve ended up feeling sorry for myself and blaming the world – before I eventually realized that I had all the answers all along. I had just been focused in the wrong direction. Currently, I’m in the process of reinventing myself, trying to connect with my soon-to-leave-home daughter, keeping my heart wide open to all the possibilities the universe might throw my way, detaching myself from outcomes (this is a hard one) and being kind to myself.

As a list fanatic, I decided to put together a list with few random things about me so I can finish this “about” page with a unique format, coz really, I’m a rebel at heart. (;

Claudia’s List

  • I love being close to water; rivers, seas, lakes, or any other bodies of water, but despite my enjoyment of being near them I’m very scared to go into them.

  • I am probably the only person in the world who neither likes ice cream nor coffee.
  • I’ve learned that my armored heart, while protecting me, also prevents all the joy and love I need from getting in. What a conundrum!

  • Living with an open heart is my aspiration, but it’s so friggin’ scary that it makes me cry sometimes.

  • I really like rainy days. They make me dream.
  • I need to see the mountains from time to time.
  • I have lived on 3 different continents, traveling back and forth, for the past 20 years
  • I loved all things British as a kid and ended up living there for almost a decade, having married two husbands and giving birth to a child there.

  • I have a complicated relationship with my mom, but a good one with my daughter.
  • Breakfast is my favorite meal and I don’t function without it. Don’t even talk to me!
  • I’m a hopeless romantic and very proud of it.
  • I’ve tried to be normal for about 40 plus years and then realized that it was too exhausting and pointless an exercise. I’m learning to disregard what other people think about me. This is so liberating!

  • Art moves me deeply. I can cry looking at a sculpture.
  • Forgiveness is one of the hardest lessons for me but without it, I can’t be truly free.
  • As a kid, I felt so disconnected at times that I used to think that my parents came from a different planet, or that I was adopted.

  • I learned a great deal about nutrition but found it super boring as a subject. I wish I had studied philosophy instead.

  • I love a flip flops, sunglasses and hat combination.
  • I always choose odd numbers.
  • I learned that lack of joy in life makes a hole in my soul.

Life is full of challenges but I can help you to meet these challenges head on, maintain a healthy lifestyle, be brave and courageous in all areas of your life. As the saying goes: “Courage is the most important of all virtues; without it we cannot practice any other virtue.”
